Greetings everyone I am Jurne Molina and I am a videographer/photographer. Growing up as a kid I remember watching America Funniest Home Videos every Sunday afternoon. This was a big catalyst to my inspiration, capturing every moment and not take them for granted. I am a visual learner meaning my mind works best by seeing drawn out . Such as motion pictures/ videos I love the art of content creation and photography.

Early 2007 I remember making silly little home videos with my parents Sony Handycam and point and shoot Kodak around the age of 9 years. The way different cameras function and shoot has always intrigued me. I remember I would always bring my camera to capture anything that was happening around me. Whether it was going to the beach, birthday parties or it could have been as simple as going bowling or fishing. Fast forward to when I was 18 years old I was fortunate enough to be able to buy my first professional camera Canon Rebel T5 and this was a big deal for me because I’ve been asking for one for years. That’s when I really started learning the art and rules of photography and filmmaking.

Leading to doing miscellaneous shoots and recordings and creating YouTube skits that weren’t very pleasant to watch. But this lead me to come in contact with professional photographers and videographers that thought me color grading, lighting , audio/sound design, writing, conveying emotions, video, storytelling and much more. But I had this information with no experience. Luckily, I landed an amazing internship with Mendx Studios in the summer of 2017 where I got to learn, experience and work first hand with the team and take so much in on how the professional executive and shoot. From networking to getting bookings. Deep down it was scary being on a job working so closely with a professional but I swallowed my angst and tried my best. Because in the moment I felt a sense of bliss and belonging it didn’t feel like a burden or work.

My goal is to have my own videoagency in the near future that not only does content creation but also helps clients and development planning and marketing skills to grow their business.
