Refund policy

RETURNS

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. We offer refunds, subject to the following guidelines:

• Returns must be sent back to Kembang within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the hang tag still attached, and in new and unworn condition.
• Each return must include the delivery note; otherwise, we cannot process the returned item(s).
• Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
• Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Returns made more than 14 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Instructions:

• Request your return on: alejandro.kembang@hotmail.com
• Print your label and add it to your return.
• Drop-off your return parcel at a reliable courier service. Shipping costs will not be covered by Kembang.
• Use tracked and insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package. We cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items. Always keep proof of postage. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• Returns are processed within 10 business days after arrival. 
• Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Returns can only be refunded, we will credit the card used for the purchase of the initial order. In the case of a Paypal transaction, the payment will be refunded to the Paypal address used for the initial order. Paypal transactions are refunded the next day. iDeal can take two to three business days. Refunds for payments made via Credit Cards can sometimes take up to 30 days or less.
